Delivery Arrangements
At GDE Trading, we prioritize prompt and secure delivery for all wholesale orders. Shipments are fulfilled from our warehouse and dispatched through reliable courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, as well as freight carriers for larger palletized shipments.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are based on order size, weight, volume, and destination. Charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Freight / Pallet Shipping: Starting from $99.99
Note: Free shipping is available for wholesale orders over $1,000 (within the contiguous U.S.)
Order Tracking
A shipment tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery progress at any time.
Responsibility for Delivery Issues
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, though unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
If an order is delayed, misrouted, or lost, we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue swiftly.
Supplementary Costs due to carrier delays or shipping errors on our end will be covered by us.
If incorrect shipping information is provided, any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Orders – Claims
For lost or delayed orders, please contact us at sales@gde-trading.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
Returns & Refunds for Undeliverable Orders
In the event that your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
