Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped. If you’ve placed an order and need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Refunds

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order.

  • Full refund if your order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed delivery window (14 business days, not including 2–5 business days for processing).

  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

Please note, full refunds are not available under the following conditions:

  • The order does not arrive due to circumstances within your control (e.g. incorrect shipping address).

  • The order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters).
